Return and Refund Policy
Overview Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. You have a 3-day window from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we regretfully cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Products classified as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Exceptions We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Conditions for Partial Refunds Partial refunds may apply in the following situations:
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Items not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.
- Items returned more than 3 days after delivery.
- Refunds Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Delayed or Missing Refunds If your refund has not been received, please take the following steps:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
- Get in touch with your bank, considering that processing time may cause delays.
- If, after following these steps, you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at Care@Artsense.co.in.
Sale Items Regular priced items are eligible for refunds, while sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at Care@Artsense.co.in and return your item to:

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about the return.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and in the case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
